One of four simultaneously announced augmented FE-series digital camera models with approachable, beginner-friendly features, the Olympus FE-210 ships from February 2007 priced at $150. The Olympus FE-210 marks the entry-point of the group, combining a seven megapixel CCD imager, Olympus-branded 3x optical rocket lens, also a 2.5" LCD expo fix a indurate body with intelligence from two AA batteries.
The FE210 aims to support things simple, with thirteen ball game modes that make it easy to get the shot without understanding the subtleties of shutter speeds, apertures and the suchlike. Images are stored on xD-Picture cards, or in a not-so-generous 7MB of built-in memory. Other features include a VGA movie mode (with no sound, at a rate of 15 frames per second), USB computer connectivity, and video out to let you see your photos on a television.
