The top Kodak digicams to contain the company's heavier KAC-05011 five megapixel CMOS imager, the Kodak EasyShare C513 couples the another sensor to a Kodak-branded 3x optical shoot lens with a moderately plain 36 - 108mm effigy focal range. For framing images, there's a 2.4-inch 115,000 pixel LCD ostentation but eat up many current models, the C513 has no optical viewfinder. Images are stored on Secure Digital / Multimedia Cards, or in 10MB of internal memory.

The Kodak C513 offers crowd modes consisting of Auto, SCN, Video, Digital IS, Close-up besides Favorites, also includes 13 alacrity modes to succor beginners negotiate the results they're looking for. The EasyShare C513 and offers a movie mode, capturing VGA (640x480) clips at 15 fps, or QVGA (320x240) clips at 24 fps, both with audio. Movies are encoded prominence Motion-JPEG format, with lengths advancing to 80 scandal sheet based on available memory capacity. Images further movies captured on the Kodak C513 are transferred to your computer now a USB 2.0 Full Speed connection, tolerably slower than the USB 2.0 High Speed juice offered on copious cameras these days.
